Zulima joined Care Dental in 2017 as our receptionist. After several years of hard work and commitment, working as a receptionist and TCO, developing and understanding the business ethos and understanding our patient care, she has developed herself in to the role of our Practice Manager in 2019. Ready to face new challenges, she’s a proactive leader and has great experience dealing with patient care and treatment co-ordination.
As the Practice Manager Zulima is responsible for the smooth running of the group from our admin team to our clinical team and ensuring our patients are given the utmost level of care. Using her International Business Management degree which she obtained in 2011 from the University of South Bank and London Metropolitan she has been able to take on the role as a Practice Manager at ease but not without its challenges and has found this achievement the most rewarding.
Having experienced the role of a Treatment Co-Ordinator she learnt that the most important part of Care Dental’s ethos is caring for our patients and this has always been very close to her heart. Nothing seems to beat the feeling of being apart of the reason for changing somebody’s life.
In Zulima’s spare time she enjoys exploring different cultures and traveling. She is an animal lover and has a cat and dog who greats her at home after a lovely day at work.
